I was sitting in a nice little cafe yesterday, sipping my coffee, listening to music and reading my newspaper. I was reading an article called iPad developer UK when I suddenly heard a noise. It was like a car crash or broken glass, I couldnt tell exactly. I looked out of the huge window in front of me, just like the other customers, but nothing was in sight. Then I noticed people running in one direction. I left the cafe immediately to see what had happened. Then I heard somebody screaming. I turned right and saw a boy running around, shocked, screaming and crying. I asked people what was going on but nobody was looking at me. Then I saw a woman get out of her car and grab the boy. She made him sit in the car but left the door open. It turned out the boy had been hit by the car. He was probably not seriously injured, but the woman decided to call the ambulance because the boy couldnt get over the shock. Two minutes later, the ambulance arrived. I sighed with relief and decided to leave the crowd. Back at the cafe, I tried to focus on the iPad developer UK article again, but my hands were shaking a bit and I could still hear the boy crying and screaming in my head.
